JOB PROFILE:
To take on the Injection Moulding & Monitor Process in all respects.
Mould setting in minimize period and PLC SETTING .
I have knowledge about Injection Moulding operation.
To monitor and control the Production process.
Troubleshooting and Process Optimization.
To conduct trials of new developed mould & raw materials.
On site Quality inspection and maintain high quality at customers end.
Handed overall active of moulding shop regarding production,Quality,Mould development, preventive maintenance of machine & mould and F.G etc.
Giving feedback to the shift In-charge / Foreman as and when the problem may occur.
Submitting production report & Rejection with their reasons.
Reviewing previous shift's production with operator being relieved.
Keep rejection 2% up to minimum level.
Maintain Just in time (JIT) Delivery.
Maintain shift reports and ISO documents like Product start-up check sheet, 1s/2s Procedure check sheets.
To generation of documents like Work instruction and Process monitoring sheets.
To manage a group of workers and controlling the whole group with scheduling of jobs.
Optimum utilization of 4M ( Man, Machine, Material & Method ).
Responsible to 5s at all respective stage in process.
I also know about planning the shift achieve the production targets with customer quality requirements.
Kaizen implementation in the Production shop like shop floor layout for line balancing, better utilization of space, process flow, mistake proofing process etc.
