Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Injection Molding Machine Operator to operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling mold changes, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring product quality while following safety and operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor injection moulding machines to produce plastic parts.
Set up moulds, tools, and machine parameters as per production requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, and defects.
Record production data such as quantities, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
Perform mould changes efficiently and safely when required.Ensure raw material is loaded and refilled in the hopper as needed.
Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
