Job Profile:
Working with three layer co-extrusion blown film machine manufactured by 'Kiefel ' Germany.
Producing F.F.S (Form Fill and Seal) Heavy duty bags using for packing Granules, Sugar, Cement etc.
Heat up the machine, cleaning the die, adjusting the die and changing the filters.
Fill the bins with raw material according to the job card.
Start up the machine; feed the material according to the recipe.
Observing the width, thickness, profile, quality etc, according to the customer. Requirement.
Maintaining the daily production report.
