Job Description

1.Preparation of CMA as per the projections by companies’ business Development team.
2.Manage and responsible for smooth start/completion of all audits such as Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Limited Review, Stock Audit etc.
3.Prepare Documents for Term Loan as per the Companies growth plan for the next financial year.
4.Responsible for ensuring all quarterly TDS /TCS returns are checked & ensured correctness.
5.Responsible for maintenance of Correct Monthly Salary Sheet ,
6.Computation of TDS , receiving of Investment Declarations from employees, Annual TDS working.
7.Responsible for submit monthly financial details to management
8.Negotiating competitive rates with various banks for Bill Discounting and L/C backed Bill discounting.
9.Opening Letters of Credits and Bank Guarantees for various working capital and business requirements
10.Responsible for ensuring correctness in monthly Salary sheet, loans & Advance reconciliation.
11.Arranging Suppliers' Credit and Buyers' Credit with various banks
12.Liaison with Senior Officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Finance Companies, etc. for the day-to-day operation of companies banking function
13.Day - to - day Working capital management
14.Manage Forex on day to day basis as per company’s forex policy.
15.Preparation of Documentation for credit rating of the company.
16.Create a frame work for continual reduction in company’s net borrowing cost.
17.Finalization of accounts relating to banking.
18.Attending statutory auditors, internal auditors

22.Accounting Standards and their implementation 1.Qualified CA with 10 - 12yrs of total work experience in manufacturing industry 2.6 -8 years in the position of GM in a mid sized / large Company into Finance & Accounting function 3.Candidate must be fully conversant with Fund Raising and Fund Management 4.Candidate must be very well versed in dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions 5.Candidate must be experienced with arranging Project Finance for various projects as well as Expansions etc. 6.Knowledge of innovative Financing Structures and Funding Mechanisms will serve as an added advantage for the applicant 7.Candidate should be smart and articulate with good communication and presentation skill 8.Answering queries of Internal Auditors and keeping monthly internal audit report ready for checking by management.

Candidate should be CA / MBA in Finance / M. Com / B. Com

The incumbent should have worked in Limited / Listed Company having turnover Rs.500cr or more with reporting to MD / CFO and handling the team size of 5 or more. Should have handled the debt profile of 150cr.
