Job Description

Timely entry & Payment of vouchers / bills
Receipt of invoices, checking and verification with respect to approvals, Purchase order, values and other aspects related to GST i.e. GST Number of company, GST Number of supplier, Place of supply, Rate of GST, GST calculation as per the applicable rates, Eway Bill and its validity etc.
Timely entry of invoices, debit notes, credit notes etc. after due verification of GST details and requisite approvals such as Purchase Order, management approvals, contracts, etc. along with application of applicable TDS.
Timely processing the payments of suppliers.
Preparation of monthly as well as interim MIS reports in excel as required.

Developing testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls
Identification of existing control mechanisms for processes
Taking steps to develop testing methodologies
Evaluate the control measures

Presentation of reports and recommendations to Top Management
Developing recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management
