Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Handle Complete New Product Development Activities From Concept To Production Stage.
Develop And Coordinate New Products As Per Customer And Management Requirements.
Work Closely With Production, Quality, Purchase, Tool Room, And Marketing Teams For Successful Product Launches.
Coordinate With Vendors And Suppliers For Development Of Plastic Components, Packaging Materials, Labels, And Printed Cartons.
Ensure Proper Material Selection And Product Feasibility.
Monitor Product Development Timelines And Maintain Project Schedules.
Conduct Trials, Testing, Validation, And Process Improvements.
Prepare Development Reports, Boms, Specifications, And Technical Documents.
Coordinate With Customers For Approvals And Development Updates.
Ensure Cost Optimization And Quality Compliance During Development Activities.
Support Troubleshooting And Continuous Improvement In Existing Products.

Required Skills
Strong Knowledge Of Plastics, Plastic Molding/products, And Related Materials.
Knowledge Of Product Development Processes And Project Coordination.
Understanding Of Packaging Materials, Artworks, Labels, And Printed Cartons.
Good Communication And Coordination Skills.
Ability To Manage Multiple Development Projects Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of Ms Office And Erp Systems Preferred.
