Responsible for sequence production of seat sets used in various Maruti models (Ertiga, XL6, S-Presso, Baleno, Swift A-Star Wagonr,SX4 ).
Supervising Seat Assembly Line and Achieving Daily Production Targets.
Looking after both Metal Frame assembly & PU/Trim assembly.
Daily defect analysis through 3G,3M,3R meeting and applying the counter measures to the problems by using 7-QC TOOLS, brainstorming, WHY- WHY Analysis.
Responsible for continual improvement on the shop floor (KAIZEN, WASTE REDUCTION/REJECTION CONTROL, LINE BALANCING).
Properly Recording & Analysis the Production and Rejection Data per Shift and taking corrective and preventive actions.
Preparation and upgrading of documentation of running products (WORK INSTRUCTION, STANDARD CHECK SHEET, DEFECT CHECK SHEETS, AND PROCESS PARAMETER CHECK SHEETS.)
Handling of all production/Assembly activities in engineering product.
