Job Description

Manage day-to-day production operations
Achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets
Supervise operators, technicians, and junior engineers
Plan manpower, machines, materials, and shifts
Monitor OEE, downtime, rejection, scrap, and productivity
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Six Sigma initiatives
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, and Supply Chain
Handle production problems and root-cause analysis
Ensure safety and compliance with company procedures
Prepare production reports and present KPIs to senior management
