Develop project budgets from the construction estimate
Monitor and Control the project budgets & manage the project cost report.
Monitor, control and report on sub-contractor cost, progress and schedule.
Supervising timely preparation of statutory books of accounts, financial statements and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance of Accounting Standards.
Establishing strategic cost management systems/techniques for determining product and project costs; monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations.
Responsible in the preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz, fund management, cost control, credit control, profitability, etc.
