Job profile-
Checking the feasibility of product for design the mould as per the machine specification and to update in APQP plan.
New RFQ closure with feasibility of tool checking and enter in ERP.
Mould design review with development team on daily basis and to make Tool Time Plan as per target dates.
Mould trial to be conducted with production and quality to raise the mould and quality issues cavity wise and to trouble shoot the problem.
Participate in APQP, PFMEA ,CFT, PPAP,ISO/TS meetings and meet the requirement of all necessary documents for internal and external customer audit.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding Tool Development and to update project status report for every project in hand on weekly basis as per plan.
