Job Description

Identify, Convert & onboard Customers for Colour & Additive Masterbatches and develop the products designated by the company.
May be required to handle other emerging business products
Responsible for handling local warehouse sales.
Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met in assigned product lines.
Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
Implement, Cultivate, build, and maintain strong customer relationships,
Timely customer support for trials and development
Identify changes in business dynamics, market place opportunities, competitive threats, supply position etc.
Actively engage in ongoing professional and technical development related to Polymer & Plastic processes and applications.
Travel Pan India for business activities

Bachelor’s degree in Plastics / Polymer Technology / CIPET
Only candidates with Min 5 years of experience in selling Colour & Additive Masterbatches, compounds, & speciality Polymers need apply
Proven track record in sales and business Development with known industry connections
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
