Present Job Responsibilities
Import & Export ( From order to accounting entries)
Monitoring Day to Day Accounting
Maintenance of Central Excise records for Cenvat, Raw material, Capital goods and excise payables based on the dispatches
Analysis and control of Sales Tax payable account and liaising with Unit-1 for filling of returns
Analysis and control of Service tax, Central Excise and TDS Filling of its returns and coordination with other departments.
Estimation of our all Advance License , EPCG License, etc for company’s transactions, applying and getting the same from DGFT, utilization of various license and closure and surrendering of various license well before the due dates and obtaining of EODC from DGFT to close the license
Ensuring vendor payments within the due dates.
Raising and accounting of various Debit Notes of customers for their dues on account of halting charges, unloading charges, etc every month and forwarding the same to the customer through marketing department
Maintaining of vendors accounts with clean analysis and applying of all the transactions of debits to their bills and reconciliation
Sending of balance confirmation to all the vendors yearly once preferably on closure of December quarter accounts
Closing of accounts with all the entries on monthly basis and providing of all the information and schedules with respective person
Getting the audit done with internal/ statutory auditors at different intervals.
Processing. Filling and ensuring the refund claims in various enactments as and when applicable from time to time.
Attending to audit requirements of Central Excise, Sales Tax, Service Tax, AG’s Audit etc; as and when called for and to ensure smooth completion of the same
Control and implementation of internal controls and documents as per the delegation of the financial authority issued by the management.
