Handling & Controlling of all type of quality activities of Unit – 2 having 5 injection moulding Machines for PET Preforms, 16 ASB 50 MB, 4 ASB 70DPH and 13 SIDEL machines for blowing of Pharma, Liquor, Oil and consumer bottles.
Making the arrangements to assure the all products which manufacturing in Unit 2.
Verify all the IPQC/Random Inspection reports made by Q.C officers.
Verify all the FG test reports made by lab asst.
Verify test reports for all the mold trials for new products.
Preparing the Mould Validation Reports.
Certifying the product even when any of the mold parts such as cores, cavities and neck rings are changed.
Prepare Daily rejection reports and analysis of such rejections.

Arrange to check products according to the Quality plan and make reports on a daily basis.
