· Handling of the customer complaints.
· Performing and analysis of all types of testing related to Carbon Black and related rubber properties.
· Visiting at customer end as & when required.
· Providing technical assistance to the customer as and when required.
· Performing developmental project work related to application & quality parameter of Carbon Black·
. Internal audit of ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001.
· Involve in the team work like TPM, IQMM, KAIZEN, 5S & Quality Circle.
· Facilitation for effective deployment of Management System in the unit.
