Job Description

Incoming, in-process and final inspection.
Conducting CAPA, communicating results to relevant parties and ensuring closure of points.
Calibration of all instruments.
Ensuring completion of all QA/QC related documentation for customers in a timely manner to ensure regular despatches.
Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
Writing management and technical reports.
Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Knowledge / Skills / Attributes:
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
Knowledge of raw materials.
Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
Knowledge of machines and tools.
Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A thorough knowledge of the product offering.
Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
Administrative skills.
Ability to maintain calm under pressure

Qualification:
Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree or diploma is preferred.
Significant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
Certifications in quality related areas.
Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing skills.
