Job Profile :
Plan work to ensure incoming material is inspected and decision made within specified time.
Prepare ‘product Specification Record’ as per customer’s requirement and ensure it is available to production dept. before the first production.
Prepare ‘Standard Shade Card’ of every product upon receipt of the order and ensure it is signed and ready before the first lot’s production.
Prepare a ‘Standard Reference Sample’ for every product after the first lot production.
Check in-coming products to ensure that they confirm to the requirement.
Periodically check the records being maintained to ensure there are no errors.
Cross-check final inspections done by line inspectors from time to time.
Decide on the corrective action on all final products that go on hold and intimate PD dept. the decision.
Intimate to DGM - QC and plant GM in case same problem is seen to get repeated without any proper CA/PA.
Supervise Traceability check and ensure that it is as per requirement. If defect is noted, immediately bring it to the notice if DGM-QC and plant GM.
Personally check and delegate work to conduct glass control and sharps control check.
Any other work entitled by Management from time to time.
System implementation work done by me which are offered by management.
Make a rejection Analysis (CA/PA) report in secondary operation, Discussion with concerned person about high rejection.
To implement & maintain the 5’S.
To attained the third party with fulfilment of quality parameter.
