with largest manufacturer of moulded furniture as well as house hold articles, equipped with very sophisticated PLC type machineries with robot, which are from India, Italy and from Taiwan.
chief in production as well as in maintenance departments. During my working period I am very honesty, laborious and target achiever. I am well known about shop floor managements, plastics process & machine maintenance also optimum quality checking as per ISO standards.
Machineries Used: Maico, Italy (150T-1200T), CLF-950 (Taiwan), Windsor-350T(India), Feromatik (100T-450T) (India). Italtek 400T ( Italy) with all other auxiliary machines such as chiller, compressor, hopper loader, Roberts etc.

Organization Status
I have worked with Sim Plast, Bamako, Mali (West Africa); this is one of a biggest manufacturers of thermo plastics products such as household articles , tumbler, Bucket, Basin, jug, mug etc. as well as different kinds of blow moulded items the capacities ranging from 100ml. to 5ltrs. Which are supplying to the food, medical, and chemical industries etc.
The shop floor is equipped with different kinds of microprocessor based injection moulding machines are from Windsor (SP80 to 400 tons.), Feroimatik Milacron. (omega100, 150 & 200T) with double colour facilities which are from India.
Double colour Blow mouldings from M/s Macheno Plast, Italy(1ltr to 5ltrs.), Uni Blow, Italy (100ml to 2ltrs.), and Digi Blow, India(100ml. to 2ltrs.) are with double parison type.
Different kinds of auxiliary machineries such as printing, sealing, packing, drilling, milling, lathe other related machines for injection moulding process such as chiller , compressor, disel generator etc.

My Job Profile
Here I have worked as a Production manager.
Every day planning regarding production / maintenance / Quality / Workers problem etc.
Every day reporting about production, rejection, machine breakdown and other related problems to my Boss.
Preparing shift schedules for production, maintenance and quality departments.
Arrangement of trail testing programme for machine, mould, materials and new product establishment.
Handling training programmes in related departments and for workers awareness.
Independently handling the production and the machine maintenance of injection and blow molding and skilled on maintenance of PLC as well as contactor based machines.

Significant Achievement
I have been achieved very good experience in double coloured injection /Blow moulding machines with double colour facility and their design patron selection.

One of a largest manufactures of moulded furniture among others and is certified by ISO 9002 in the year 2002. The shop floor is equipped with all microprocessor based machines from M/s Windsor India ltd., capacities ranging from 130 ton to 1100 tons, Allen Bradley and wind micron series. Also with other auxiliary machineries such as industrial chiller, compressor, cooling tower, Diesel generator, hopper loader, oil cleaner etc.

During my experience I have gained much knowledge on machine and mould maintenance , know how to minimize cycle time with optimum quality standard, good production achievement, which has helped the organization to be more profitable and enhanced me to build my confident and strongest future.
