Job Responsibilities:
Technology transfer from Ireland for a new products manufacturing in India (green field project).
Establishing the production of the new product and then leading the team for regular production.
Taking the trials and approval of the Machine & Mould.
Training of operators for the new product.
Establishing the vendors/suppliers for the raw-material & for molded parts.

Worked with BPL Limited Automation Division as a Manager - Tooling from Dec. 2004 – Nov 2005.
Job Responsibilities:
Clearing the moulds for the trial after the Pre trial inspection.
Taking trials of new moulds and materials & establishing the Process Standards.
Suggesting the improvements in the mould & in the process, based on the Trial inputs & Mold-flow analysis
Approving the moulds after Pre-production trial.
Improving the productivity & reducing the wastage on a continuous basis.
