Company Profile: Integrated dairy foods company in the GCC. Most of the packaging such as PET containers, HDPE bottles and all the caps are manufactured in-house.
Responsible for:
Managing the Production of plastic packaging Plant by ensuring availability of resources and maintaining high machine efficiencies in order to achieve the budgeted Production Volumes in time & meeting sales orders.
Monitoring breakdowns in production and discuss with engineering department for planned preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
Writing and Updating Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s) and implementing them for process control and for each production line to ensure quality, quantity and safe operations.
Consistently maintaining and upgrading hygiene standards, Policies and Procedures.
Control Plant cost versus the budget.
Taken efforts to strengthen product quality maintain machine efficiency across all machines and evaluate work place safety standards.
Preparing annual budget for the department.
Contribute with project team for installing and commissioning of new machines like ASB PET blow molding machines, Ferromatik Milacron injection molding machines, Uniloy Milacron 2000R & New feeding systems for automatic material handling (Such as Matsui, Motan, Piovan, Foremost etc).
Plan the training needs for the department, in order to ensure entire team has the skill level matching to deliver the right volumes with right quality at right time without any accidents/incidents during operation.
Monitoring LIP (in process loss) and find out the root causes to prevent the re-occurrence.
Coordinating with planning department in day to day basis for all SKU’s and made necessary changes in the planning to avoid any run outs.

Contributed 100% sales demand production for 2008 Ramadan without any major quality issues and break downs.
Conducting OJT (on job training) for shop floor staffs to ensure efficient operation of the machines and assess the training results.

Company Profile: Manufacturer of wide range of products for Pharmaceutical, Liquor and health care packaging such as blow-molded containers, caps and other ancillary items. The products supplied to market leaders like CIPLA, Bedrail, Vicks, Listerine, UB, Mc Dowels and Hindustan Lever etc.
Responsibilities:
To look after entire operation of the plant ranging from raw material arrangement to dispatch of finishes goods and coordinate with all departments and head office to ensure smooth functioning of the plant.
Managing and trouble shooting of all ASB High-speed blow molding machines like 70-DPW, 50-MB and helping the maintenance department to change the mould and maintenance of machine and utility equipment like compressor chiller, dehumidifying dryer etc
Achievements:
Achieved the production efficiencies of 95% against plan.
Played a key role in the Implementation of GMP in the Organization.
Variance analysis and variance reporting, Reduced wastage from 2% to 0.3% by bringing awareness among team members.

Developed and marketed India’s first Polypropylene feeding bottles by injection stretch -blow molding technique.
Develop new 500 ML Liquor bottle for Amrutha distilleries Pvt ltd India.
Reduced scrap and started recycling all extruded material by implementation of scrap granulator.
