2. Multilayer bottles & jars (1st time introduced in India) for food process industries to fill like ketchup, juice, brine fish, vegetables using TECHNE (15000SN) continuous extrusion Blow Moulding M/cs (Italy Make).
3. Hotfil PET bottles to fill tomato sauce, mango juice, fruit pulp at 90 degree.
JOB PROFILE:
Making process sheet for all production after receiving the sales order.
Complete operations and process setting of all Blow Molding & Injection Molding Machines.
Installation of mould & adjustments of all Accessories.
To organize and over see production of all M/Cs.
To ensure standard parameter for machine settings and set machines under standard
parameter given by production head.
To insure high standard quality of products with minimum wastage.
To achieve production in target times.
Preparation of work instructions of Extrusion Blow Moulding, Stretch Blow Moulding & Injection Moulding operations:
1. M/C start up report.
2. Mold loading & unloading procedure.
3. Color blending chart.
Making Daily, Weekly & Monthly production schedule.
Making monthly production report, down time & rejection analysis.
Making schedule & training programme for subordinates & workers.

2. Stretch Blow Moulding M/c:
a) ASB (70 DPH): Fully automatic Single Stage PET Stretch Blow Moulding M/c (V3).
b) SIDEL (2000*2BJ): Fully automatic Double Stage Stretch Blow Moulding M/c.
c) PRINT-LINK: Semi automatic Double Stage Stretch Blow Moulding M/c.
d) HOT-FIL: Semi automatic Double Stage Stretch Blow Moulding M/c with heat set mode.

a) CRYSTALLISER: Neck crystallization of performs used for bottles for hot filling purpose.
b) LEAK DETECTOR: Used for detecting pin holes in the bottles.
