 (TGY) is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001 certified companies engaged in design, manufacturing and supplying of Lead Acid batteries. Presently its OE customers include TML, TOYOTA, MARUTI, Piaggio, KOEL, L&T-Kombatsu, Isuzu and Indian Army.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for flawless NPD with maintaining timeline & first time right New Product Development (NPD).
• Creating 3D models of Products, Assembly Design & Surface Modeling using Catia- V5
• Creating 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Creating & Generating 2D (Drafting) drawings by using Catia-V5
• SAP-ERP Activities: Material Code & BOM creation, Rate Routing, Production Version, Cost Collector & Storage Location Allocation for Material.
• OEM’s Customers (TML, Maruti, Toyota, KOEL, Piaggio, JCB, Isuzu and L&T) Complaints handling.
• Conducting Design Review Meeting.
• Vehicle level testing through data logging at customer end & data analysis.
• Interacting with suppliers along with SCM in Improvements in battery plastic components.
