Planning:
A detailed Project Execution Plan at the beginning of the project.
Establishing a work breakdown structure that divides the project into manageable parts.
Developing a planning schedule that defines the interdependencies between related tasks.
In depth analysis of project at the initial stages and suggests improvement for feasible manufacturing and assembly.
Developing programs for complex profiles and designing electrodes for the same.
Review and rescheduling to meet Customer Requirements at progress stage.
Continually assess the status of the Project.
Vendor Development:
Review 3rd party vendor service issues and maintains communication with same
And develop strong employee and sub contractor productivity with the ability to identify and to eliminate work hazards.
Prepare quotations for new projects in co-ordination with other departments
Managing grievances submitted by our clients ensuring their needs are cared at the highest level.
Organising and Staffing:
