Woven sack Returning Machine- This machine is used for returning empty poly bag 600 NOS/Hour which is used for packaging PVC Pipe. This machine helps for collect raw material.
New Design Of Hopper- This hopper is most useful for PVC user, by which burning gas easily entrapped from heating barrel preventing gas formation in barrel, spillage of PVC resin reduced by using this hopper.
Free Flow Water System For Mould- This is one type of water manifold which is best for circulating water from mould easily flow out, give better cooling to mould.
Automatic Silicon Spray Machine- This machine is used for threaded article easily release from mould. The machine is automatic working as per cycle time when release the article from mould. The machine is used instead of Silicon spray using
Prevention Of Runner Sticking- This is only based on electrical circuit design and hydraulic base only. This system is used when machine run fully auto mode, if runner is sticking , double shot not take place. This system is also best for prevent nozzle thread damage if nozzle heating is not achieve when injection carried out.
Lumps Control-This is only based on electrical design change in circuit that helps making tiny lumps which is easily grinding, and also help reducing lumps volume.
Nozzle Cleaning Stand- This machine is used to clean material blocking nozzle
Hydraulic Power Pack-This system is used for power saving, by minimize pump rating change in hydraulic circuit diagram only
