Job Description

Possess Minimum 10-15 years’ Work experience in Molding.
Possess knowledge of processing Polymer specially injection molding process.
Possess knowledge of mold maintenance and development.(Knowledge of mold design and use of Auto cad shall be an added advantage)
Ability to do root cause analysis for fault finding and providing solution.
Knowledge using advanced molding techniques for mold development, problem solving and maintenance.
Liaising with Mold vendors for various assignments of job work and development.
Identifying training needs and Training and development of team members.
Team building and leadership quality

Note:- Candidate from Pune region and or from other parts of Maharashtra will be preferred for longevity.
Nature of Industry :- Manufacturing - Injection Molding and Extrusion process.
Product :- Pipes(PVC/HDPE/Emitting), Drippers/ Ball Valve.
