Job profile-
Design circuits to overcome field situations; train & guide new engineers for handling the situation & customer.
Oversee machine operations, machine maintenance, servicing, and installation of 30 – 1300 - ton machines.
Conduct CNC, PLC, and hydraulic & electrical maintenance.
Reduce ABS fridge table top component (wt 1.2 Kg) silver-streak Rejection from 30% to less than 1% by modification of hopper preheating systems which avoid 4 hours oven preheating (power saving) and minimized manpower work, spillage of materials. Present preheating time require 30 min, Temperature 55o C TO 55o C in machine preheater.
Design circuit to stop the hydraulic pumps to avoid Idle running saved energy, wear tear of parts and increase life of oil, filter.
Increase production and reduced rejection of backlit compression moulding components by re-organizing the machine and disputing the work& training.
Implement colour changing procedure & material changing procedure during plan change to minimize rejection.
Propose variable speed for hydraulic pump on injection moulding machines (40% Power saving).
Develop circuit - 4 KW variable voltage regulator for nozzles and hot tips where thermocouples cannot be used and very use full in rejection control (nozzle-blocking) when processing nylon. (In 1986 when the other electronics are very costlier).
Develop stepper motor-based master batch dozer for accurate M.B feeding ( +1% )
