Job Profile :
Responsible for end to end I & C, with the Quality assurance. Responsible for Preparation of All Daily Project Report’s, Managing Resource’s as per project Requirement. Responsible for Implementation and upcoming project execution. Handling Field Support Engineer’s, and provide them support as required. Responsible for achieving rollout targets for respective regions. Leading team of 80-100 people at one instant. Ensuring 100 % automation of the site in coordination with field Support Engineer’s and vendor Team’s, and provide them support as required.

As a Team Leader & site supervisor
Leading as well as guiding the team members as a team leader at the time of BTS installation & Microwave link establishment by using WDT tools.
Commissioning & Integrate the BTS & microwave link commissioning and RFI survey using MDT & ISDP tools.
Troubleshooting, Alarm clearance, VSWR & Rectification.
Quality checks while installation of BTS and Microwave by integrated mobile software likes WDT, EPMS, and ISDP.
Integrating cell sites using Software like WDT, LMT, and LCT.
Maintaining Daily Log for hassle free process towards site completion.
