Job Description

Customer service- Export customers-
Complaint attending, E&C of new Plant, spares sales

Respond to customer by Email, Phone, Whatsapp for technical query
Foreign visit management of Engineer for E&C /complaint /spares boost up
Collect name of Engineer from CSD head,Documents for visa from Engineer and customer, arranging
visa, ticket, organizing hotel etc at customer place, CO-ordinating with Engineer at customer
place, any technical support/item /parts required by Engineer at site to arrange.
Plant complaint attending - by email/Phone/whatsapp or even arranging Engineer visit
Making ESL. Also as per Sales person sample ESL to show to customer for plant sales.
Arranging NC items supply under warranty.
Proforma/SO/DAN/Followup for spares readiness from factory.
To co-ordinate with Engg for specific item (2nd level)requirement.
To Co-ordinate with ancillaries supplier /customer for item clarification .
Dispatch /AWB /Docket information to customer.

Electrical/Electronic degree /diploma with 10 years Experience of Pipe/Multilayer film plant
processing/maintenance. Willing to travel abroad. Expertise to handle customers independently.
Rapport with customers for spares sales boost up.
