Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-
Perform mould changing as per production schedule.
Install, align, and secure moulds on machines safely.
Connect and disconnect cooling, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical lines.
Set up machines and support production start-up after mould changes.
Carry out preventive maintenance on moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Clean, inspect, and maintain moulds for proper operation.
Operate cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment safely during mould handling.
Maintain maintenance records, mould change logs, and repair reports.

Requirements :-
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Injection Blow Moulding or Injection Moulding machine maintenance.
Good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and machine operations.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
