I am working as Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) from previous 3 years 7 months in Schneider Electric India Pvt Ltd. There I had been working on MDC (Machine Design Center) test benches, CNC machine, robotic test bench, fixtures and different Automation.

Projects:
Project-1: MDC TEST BENCH FOR TESTING ACB
Description: MDC test bench is an testing equipment containing various mechanical components and different types of sensors run by a pre-installed PLC program, and it used to test all types (NW, MVS, NOVA, UL, SOLAR, ANSI) of Air Circuit Breakers (ACB).
Roles:
Planning and undertaking scheduled Preventive maintenance to make it run smoothly.
Responding to Breakdowns and diagnosing faults.
Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings and spares.
Calibrating the machine frequently to reduce the failures.
Pre-preparation of all the kits, to avoid the breakdown.
Maintaining MTBF and MMTR documents

Project-2: CNC Riveting Machine
Description: CNC Riveting machine is an index plate type riveting machine operated by a hydraulic motor, containing various sizes (8mm, 12mm, and 14mm) of punches to rivet different types of parts in one component. It makes the subassembly for the mechanism, which is used in ACB. Roles:
Validating all the fixtures, punches and machinery is at good condition.
Planning for the improvements and modifications in the machinery and implementing the as per requirement.
Making changes in the program if the machine producing bad products.
Planning and undertaking scheduled Preventive maintenance.
