PLC controlled lines for Alumimium collapsible tube production & worked with Taiwanese engineers
during project work.
Installed Print Inspection Camera system ( Make: Muhlbauer, Germany) on printing machines for
online inspection of tube print defects like misprint, half print, letter missing, colour shade variation,
oil spots etc. & worked with German service engineer for commissioning of the same.
Reconditioning, erection & commissioning of two tube printing lines (Coating, Printing & Capping
machine) at Silvassa unit.
Erection & commissioning of 6 colour 120 TPM printing line (Make: Kung Feng, Taiwan) at Palghar
plant.
Design & fabrication of belt conveyors for capping machines.
