?Maintaining and Monitoring of Injection Molding Machine, Loom Machine, Press Machine, Forging Machine, Assembly Machine, Br-adding Machine & Wire Rope Tubular Machine.
Diagnose the machine breakdowns.
Maintaining of all required accessories for run a machine (Like – DG, Air screw Compressor, Cooling Tower etc.)
Prepare the plan for preventive maintenance and after preventive verify the machine.
Maintain the ISO certified Documents (like-Preventive Maintenance Schedule and their Check sheet, Machine Breakdown history, Machine MTTR/MTBF, Machine Major Breakdown Analysis with CAPA Etc.).
