Job Description

We Are Seeking A Skilled And Diligent Plant Operator To Oversee Our Fully Automatic 3-
Layer Blown Film Extrusion Plant.

Operate And Monitor The Fully Automatic 3-layer Blown Film Extruder, Ensuring Optimal Process Parameters For Continuous, Stable, And Efficient Production.
Supervise, Guide, And Mentor Shift Helpers, Ensuring Tasks Are Carried Out Safely And Efficiently.
Plan And Execute Daily Production As Per Schedule And Targets.
Maintain Detailed And Accurate Records Of Production, Shift Handovers, Quality Checks, And Machine Logs.
Ensure Strict Adherence To Product Quality And Process Standards (Iso And Customer-specific Requirements).
Perform And Oversee Routine Cleaning, Lubrication, And Basic Maintenance To Ensure Plant Hygiene And Optimal Machine Health.
Proactively Identify And Resolve Operational Issues, Machine Faults, And Minor Breakdowns.
Conduct Visual And Mechanical Inspections And Ensure Correct Raw Material Loading And Usage.
Carry Out Product Changeovers, Startup, And Line Shutdown Procedures As Per Sop.
Suggest And Support Process Improvements, Waste Reduction, And Cost Optimization Initiatives.
Train New Joiners/helpers On Machine Operation And Safety Procedures As Directed.
Required Skills & Experience
Sound Understanding Of Polymer Processing, Extrusion Parameters, And Troubleshooting Common Defects (Gels, Gauge Variation, Etc.).
Ability To Read And Interpret Production Plans, Qc Specifications, And Work Instructions.
Familiarity With Iso Standards, Plant Safety, And Environment Management Systems.
