Job profile -
Literature search to derive various synthetic pathways of the Organic compounds.
Selection of ROS(Route of synthesis) based on commercially available raw materials, process safety, minimum effluent, hazard nature of chemicals, suitable to produce in bulk scale and commercially viable reactions.
Feasibility of proposed ROS and complete study of reaction mechanism.
Complete characterization of all intermediates, impurities, final compounds by interpretation of analytical tools like NMR, Mass, IR, HPLC, GC.
Identification, Isolation, Synthesis and characterization of all process impurities, Standards as per regulatory requirements to file and needs of the customer.
Development of the process in terms of quality, yield, cost effective, scalable, minimizes the effluent and minimizes the process operations.
Coordinating, supporting to Analytical department to develop effective analytical methods by providing technical details of process, standards, impurities, raw materials.
