Manage and grow business with existing strategic clients
Act as the single point of contact for client communication, relationship management, and order fulfilment.
Coordinate closely with internal teams across production, quality, supply chain, and logistics to meet client SLAs.
Drive account profitability by assisting in price negotiation, contract renewals, and value-added services.
Track and analyze sales performance against client targets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth within key accounts.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain long-term trust.
Provide periodic reports and forecasts to senior management regarding key account performance.
Key Requirements
Proven experience (7+ years) in key account management or strategic B2B sales, preferably in the packaging, plastics, or FMCG supplier space.
Demonstrated success in handling large accounts such as Unilever, P&G, Reckitt, HUL, or similar MNCs.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
