JOB PROFILE:
Planning manpower & m/c hours required to meet monthly schedule.
Review production of the day/shift to identity the shortfall reasons and plan correct and preventive action taken.
Root Cause analysis for Trouble Shooting in Operation and Process.
Cross-checking of rejected/reworkable to find out actual reasons behind it and making scrap note on monthly basis.
Implement Counter Measure and initiate Corrective Actions for
Manufacturing Problems.
Interaction & co-ordination with Quality Control Department, Tool Room and Internal Customers on matters related to quality problems.
Day to day co-ordination with Production Planning and Material Department for achieving production target.
Responsible for maintaining quality during manufacturing by ensuring that all work is carried out on the shop floor according to standard procedure.
Maintain & update Production related document, Visual Management and supervision of Daily Work Management
Sampling Audit, First part approval & Last off approval.
Responsible for Process setup and attending trouble shooting.
Responsible for Mould setup & Trial of New Moulds.
Implement 5-S on shop floor and searching areas for improvement.
Maintaining document and carry out day to day activities according to requirement of ISO / TS.
Imparting training to operators / Freshers about 5S process behavior, House keeping Shop Floor Discipline and new product & process.
Preparation of operational schedules like shift rosters for Supervisors, Operators, projecting work force requirement
Preventive maintenance of Thermoplastic injection moulds (2 Plate Moulds, Hot Runner Moulds, 3 Plate Moulds).
Preventive maintenance of BMC moulds.
Breakdown maintenance of moulds (Ejector pin change, cooling channel Decaling, Polishing)
Handling & Operating skill of Conventional Tool room machines like Drilling M/c, Milling M/c, Lathe M/c, Cutting M/c, Grinding etc.
Basic knowledge & working concept of EDM m/c & Argon Welding.
Maintenance of small electrical B/D.
Maintenance and Improvement of jigs, fixture and tools.
Handle various activities like installation & commissioning of new M/C.
