Six month working in Suzuki Motorcycle India pvt. Ltd. Kherki dhaula as a Quality inspector. in Suzuki Motorcycle I am maintaining final testing quality . Suzuki Motorcycle is making motorcycle & scooter. Its also export its motorcycle & scooter .

One year training complete in Honda Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. Imt Manesar Gurgaon as a Quality inspector.
My profile in this company is quality check at final testing stage & send them in dealer. At the final testing stage, we have to reduce our rejection status which come from assembly department .

Pre dispatch quality audiot (inspection) of product.
Deep analysis of problem
Preparation of trouble analysis sheet along with complete why-why analysis
Final testing rejection & Sub assy rejection PPM level reduction through analysis & improvements.
Analysis of internal & external complaints along with old q.c. tools.
Daily work management planning & doing properly.
Co-ordination of red bin meeting against quality problems.
Doing E.C.R.N & P.C.R.N. for improvements.
Taking preventive & detective action against quality problem.
Completely up dation & controlling of line documents as per process audits.
