Project Description : Design the air vent on dashboard as per the requirement given by customer. Air vent assembly consists of assembly of horizontal and vertical fins, diffuser flap, dc knob for direction control, and connecting links, housing and bezel. Mechanism design to operate the Air vent. Check the feasibility of flow of air by doing the kinematics analysis in catia. Make the prototype of the same and check the working conditions do the further modification if required.

Project Description : Design & development the air vent on B-Pillar as per the requirement given by customer. Check the air flow direction and Rotation of grill fins in Air Vent housing by considering the position of Air Vent on B-Pillar.
Development of plastic interior parts such as Door panels, Pillars, Lift gate, panel back trim lower, Front and rear door scuff plates. Check the feasibility of tooling by checking the draft analysis for making the tool. Interaction with the tool maker for developing the tool. Making the manufacturing drawing for parts inspection.
Exposed tool tryout and component capability proving.
