Responsibilities includes handling CNC, Milling-) with 2D & 3D Programming. Prepare Model for Cavity & Core plate by using NX-3/MCAM-9/10.
Prepare surface with extension and toolpath boundaries.
Prepare Tool path Generation for roughing and finishing operations.
Check toolpaths for Gauging, Cut direction, Tool dia offset, Lead in/out using verify.
Converting Dxf format into MasterCAM file for Generating 2D toolPath for Top/Bottom operations.
