Machine Maintenance Engineer (Plastic Moulding Shop Department)
July 2006 to till date.
Resposibilities:
To implement 5s and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in Plastic Moulding Shop department.
To maintain the downtime of machines below 4%.
To increase the productivity and efficiency of machines above 95%.
To analyze the mechanical cause of machine break down and electrical as well.
To analyze the mechanical aspect of machine modification.
To concentrate on oil and water leakage of INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES.
Identifying root cause of machine problem.
Maintaining and supervision of preventive maintenance schedule and activities.
Attending to daily maintenance activities.
Maintaining and supervision of preventive maintenance of NITROGEN GENERATION PLANT.
To maintain ISO 9001 in my department.
To implement Six Sigma activities in the department by conducting the projects and experiments.
To systemize day-to-day activities & problem solving and preventive actions through SAP interface.
To train the person working under efficiency.
MACHINE HANDLED:
INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE:
L S Cables - Koria from 650 to 1050 ton.
Zinhwa - Koria from 700 to 900 ton.
JSW & CLF - From 1000 to 1380 ton.
MOULDS HANDLED:
All types of Hot Runner Injection moulds from China, India.
PLASTIC MATERIALS HANDLED:
PP, PS, SAN, ABS, PC, HIPS, PET.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
Successfully optimized the machine program and reduced the change over time by 40%.
Completed successfully maintaining schedule as per ISO requirement and auditing.
Good result in TPM implementation efficiency of machine increased by 8%, downtime reduced by 6%.
