Establishing molding cycle time, weight, color and aesthetics.
Co-ordination activities of mold trials, process approval, preventive maintenance and break down maintenance of molds.
Assisting Head plastics in approval and trial of plastic raw material for various applications.
Execution of production plan & arranging transportation for supply of raw material & molding components from OEMs to Molders & molders to OEMs.
Monitoring performance of molders from I.C.Q.C. section to ensure component as per requirement.
