Company was initially to streamline all factory operations of Kanpur and Jammu and to integrate the operations of the two units so that they function as a single unit. Have mapped the complete operations of the company in flow charts, recorded KRA’s ( Key Responsibility Areas) and standardized and recorded all formats and reports. The company is in the implementation mode of those systems which I evaluate and modify by visiting every two weeks.
