Job profile -
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Responsible for in process Quality & final Quality Inspection.
Maintain all process as per Control plan, FMEA & PFD.
Responsible for conducting Process & Product Audit & system audit.
Responsible for employing problem solving techniques like 7QC tools, capa etc.
Patrol inspection of parts during moulding as per Inspection Standard.
To make set up approval reports as per inspection standard first and last part inspection at the time of mould loading & unloading.
Maintaining the records of trial material and trial products.
Take corrective and preventive action of the issues observed at moulding stage.
Responsible for Red Bin Analysis at Moulding Stage.
Handle customer visit in moulding stage and prepare documents for audit and visit.
To make one point lesson, work instruction and provide training to operators and QC inspectors.
Responsible for maintaining 4M change record.
Maintaining the records for Abnormal Conditions.
Inform and resolve the Quality issues with moulding department jointly & reduce the rejection & rework daily shift wise.
Basic knowledge of 5 core tools ( APQP,PPAP,FMEA ,SPC ,MSA).
Maintain 5S on Shop floor daily first parity & new kaizen support to Q.A inspector.
Knowledge of poka -Yoka system.
