Presently working with leading Injection Moulded Engineering Plastic Components manufacturer for automotive industry.
The company manufactures and supplies digital, analog type of CDI, RR units in both AC and DC configuration, flywheel magneto, etc. Head Lamp, Tail Lamp, Blinkers, Electronic Instrument Clusters, and LED Tail Lamps etc.
Job Profile
Responsible for daily manpower development .
Maintain all documentation like Production report unplanned absentisem skill matrix. Continuous improvement contingency plan for equipment. Responsible for control material rejection (vendor or process).
Responsible for all Rework & rejection.
Identify product defect; follow up on action items generated from Kaizen . 5s.Recommend and incorporate necessary changes for improvement in operations of the Ass. Deptt. Identify problems related to Ass. Line & prepare Action plan to solve the problems. Line rejection analysis through quality tools. To complete given target in production.
