Job Description

We are Looking for the Manager-Extrusion

He will responsible to-
1. Controlling the Production Process in Raffia Extrusion Plant (Tape Plant) for polymer processing
2. Ensuring that Production is as per schedule and targets given by the management, with the required manpower to do so.
3. Maintaining/Controlling the Bobbin Stock.
4. Ensuring that production is cost effective by ways such as, but not limited to:
a. Training manpower / handling the manpower
b. Utilizing machinery, manpower and materials efficiently
5. Coordinating with weaving & PPC team.
6. Reviewing worker’s performance and identifying training needs.
7. Ensuring safety and cleanliness of the department.
8. To report to the organization’s top management on the effectiveness and suitability of the management system.
9. To follow the BRC guidelines in the process.
