Job Description

We are looking for Techno Sales Engineer.

A professional having experience in sales of machinery related to Plastic Recycling plant or equivalent.
Responsible for Promotions, Strategy planning, new product launch strategies and Client’s relationship management.
The role requires candidate to take-up independent onus, be a self-starter and a finisher under the guidance of several seniors.
Take responsibility for selling machines related to plastic recycling plant ensuring that engineering design is complaint as per norms of the plastic recycling industry.
Coordinate all activities within the project team for the project.
Analyze and create plan for engaging target market
Connecting with new probable clients
Calling through database provide by the company and also find out new clients
Taking prior appointment with clients and meeting them on regular basis
Explaining the minute details (Technical Specifications) to the clients about the machines
Should be Open to objection Handling from clients
Targets oriented approach irrespective of the circumstances and challenges
Prepare and manage sales plans and budgets
Develop sales strategies to expand customers base and optimize sales
Executing Tie-ups, promotional activities and events for brand promotion to ensure brand visibility and awareness.
Try to develop sub dealers and vendors. Also work on Franchise model.
Review and check all engineering drawings and documents
Prepare technical queries, Quotations, RFQ, Proforma Invoices & Tax Invoices
Ensure all documents and drawings are received / issued on time and by the machine manufacturer
Ensure all design engineering procedures are followed
QA & QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control)
Organize, analyse, synthesize, and generate insightful and structured output using appropriate tools and techniques (memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.)
Maintain Key Relationships with the team
Strive for Excellence. Perform at the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency, with continual improvement
Generate syndicated reports, strictly maintaining the quality and timelines.
Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
Knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical will be an added advantage
Customer Support

Skills-
Candidate should be from an engineering background (Preferably with an electrical background); Highest qualification - Bachelors or equivalent
Highly proficient in advance Excel & PPT’s.
Strong communication and report writing skills
