Job Description

We are looking for Senior Operator- Blown Film Extruder.

He will be responsible to-
1.Operate the blown film extruder and manufacture high quality film rolls as per stated requirements.
2.Maintain high health and safety standards at all time.
3.Be involved in the production planning process and provide insights to optimize the plan. Also ensure sufficient materials are available for current and future manufacturing orders.
4.Perform quality testing and ensure product is within customer specifications.
5.Perform running adjustments on the machines in order to maintain optimum output and reduce scrap levels.
6.Identify faults and carry out basic maintenance activities.
7.Report all quality, production and maintenance issues to your supervisor.
8.Inspect the film as per testing methods and for defects to ensure that product is according to specifications.
9.Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
10.Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
11.Occasional overtime would be needed for critical situations.
12.Physical work with regard to production and material movement would be needed.

We are looking for the successful candidate to be driven, enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision.
2 to 3 years’ experience in operating blown film extruders would be ideal.
Basic Computer skills.
Good written and oral communication skills in ENGLISH.
