Job Description

We are looking for Junior Operator- Blown Film Extruder.

He will be responsible for-
1.Maintain high health and safety standards at all time.
2.Assist Sr Operators, and aid in all aspects of operation of Extrusion.
3.Understand the operation of the extrusion.
4.Must be able to work with and follow instructions given by the Operator.
5.Weigh and haul scrap.
6.Assist in preventative maintenance of all machines and auxiliary equipment.
7.Monitor resin supply and communicate needs to the supervisor.
8.Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions.
9.Handle material movements and stock checks.
10.Keep the machines & surrounding environment clean.
11.Be open to internal job rotation.
12.With adequate training, operation of machines under the absence of Sr. Operators will be needed.
13.Occasional overtime would be needed for critical situations.
14.Physical work with regard to production and material movement would be needed.

1.We are looking for the successful candidate to be driven, enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision.
2.Diploma/UG in Plastics Technology or other related courses.
3.0–1-year experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
4.Mechanical aptitude.
5.Basic Computer skills.
6.Good written and oral communication skills in ENGLISH.
