Job Description

We are one of the leading manufacturer of woven sacks and Jumbo bags and a leading exporter to Europe.
We have state of the art manufacturing facilities in Silvassa and headquarters in Mumbai

The company has embarked on a mission to improve raise their happiness quotient. We are looking for a dynamic HR to help management redefine HR policies that will create a culture of growth and employee satisfaction. He will have to work on improving policies such as grievance reddresal, travel policies, safety policies, Hiring policies etc.
We have over 250 office staff.

Candidate should have an MBA in HR and have experience of having designed HR policies at leading firms.
He will report to the concerned Director at the company
