Plastic Injection Molding Process Setter / Technician Setter / Operator

Sangli District - Maharashtra

Job Description

The successful Setter / Technician will work for a well-established manufacturer who, whilst profitable with a strong order book and excellent relationships with their customers, they are aware of the need to continuously improve their production capability in line with the increase in their turnover.

Manufacturing of caps for pet bottles also containers for packaging industries. Working material is PP, HD, PS.

The Setter / Technician will be responsible for:


Ensuring production lines are running efficiently
Operating production machinery
Identifying and analyzing faults causing machine breakdowns and actively repairing/making improvements
Ensuring correct standards are in place and component quality is to the highest standard
The Machine Setter / Operator that is appointed will be responsible for setting and operating injection moulding machines from 50 tonne to 130 tonne.
Microprocessor based injection molding machine 110 tonne
The Machine Setter / Operator MUST have recent working experience setting and operating injection moulding machines.
The Machine Setter / Operator must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.

Must
Proven track record within the plastic injection moulding industry as well as excellent trouble shooting and fault finding skills.

Working Hour
The successful applicant will be working for 10 hours from Wednesday to Monday.
