Managing the Production of injection molded auto parts by ensuring availability of resources and maintaining high machine efficiencies in order to achieve the budgeted Production Volumes in time & meeting sales orders.
Monitoring breakdowns in production and discuss with engineering department for planned preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
Writing and Updating Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s) and implementing them for process control and for each production line to ensure quality, quantity and safe operations.
